If you wish to make use of your right of cancellation, please send us for a quick processing of returns a message with your order number through our contact form or at webshop@trekstor.de. If the value of the goods you wish to return is at least 40 Euros, you will receive a return receipt, with which you can send the package with the goods for free to us. If the value of goods is less than 40 Euros, please send the package back to us with sufficient postage.
